These subjective constructs are operationally defined by Dr Christopher Fong in his PhD thesis on Multicultural issues where he deconstructs the implications and impact of our Values, Beliefs , Norms (Social) and Culture (VBNC) in our social lives.
Using his ground breaking and original research work, Dr. Chris created two simple yet powerful innovative tools - P.O.S.I.T.I.V.E ™ & W.H.A.T™ which he has successfully delivered to helping thousands of people including Clinicians, Coaches, Counsellors, CEOs of Multinational corporations, Universities, Professors, Social Service leaders in the Academia and Government sector achieve their intended results.
Dr Chris believes that the ingredients of success is not a tool that can be bought externally but lies within each of us and he hopes to use the Scientific tools he created to help people discover their hidden treasures towards a sustainable and successful life.

A distinguished career in Strategic leadership that spans over 2 decades. Covering a wide spectrum of businesses and industries in both the public and private sectors. A successful entrepreneur with 2 small medium startups to his portfolio that has earned him both global, regional and local awards mainly in Change Development and leadership.
In April 2016, Chris was appointed National Fellow to the Singapore Ministry of Social and Family. Advising the total capability framework of the social service professionals, to include mentoring sector leaders and those in the leadership pipeline. In addition, he was the Principal Researcher for the nationwide study on Fathers at the workplace. His findings have impacted government and business organizations to review their current pro-family and work-life friendly policies. He has also trained sector leaders in Multicultural Issues in Cross cultural marriages and clinical case formulations from a multicultural perspective.
He earned his Doctorate degree in Professional Studies(Practice Research) in 2015 and is also a member of the prestigious American Psychological Association (APA). His thesis has been often cited in today’s pervasive issues and impact on Multcultural and Diversity both on a global, local context. A strong advocator for Practice-based Research, Chris contributes actively by speaking at international conferences.
A thought leader on Multicultural and Diversity Issues and its impact across organisational matrix and businesses. His evidence-based framework that measures culture has since been published and taught across various universities. Previously an international award winning orchestra conductor turned psychologist, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the concert hall to the corporate boardroom.
