Applications of Positive Psychology Workshop Series

POSITIVE REFRAMING has always been taught as a psychotherapy approach for leadership and personal development. In this workshop, participants will be exposed to different techniques in reframing perceptions to positive ones.

Positive guided imagery techniques including creative visualization will be taught and demonstrated. This workshop will enable learners to develop a personal mental framework for building mental resilience through guided imagery techniques, enhancing cognitive abilities and psychological capital, utilizing unconscious strengths, value domains and creative intelligence. This workshop can also help to improve one’s productivity, motivation and creativity at work.

About the Trainer

Stephen Lew is the founder and director of The School of Positive Psychology established in Singapore since 2007 as a higher education institution that offers positive psychology, psychotherapy and business psychology training. Stephen is a trained practitioner in psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy for 10 years and a fellow member with the National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP), U.K.

Stephen has been in private practice dealing with clients suffering from mental illnesses. He conducts training in positive psychology for government and private organizations, schools and universities. Besides conducting workshops and training, he is also an approved supervisor with NCP.
