Positive Organisational Consultant and Trainer

Facilitating wellbeing through better awareness, relationships, engagement and meaning is Jana’s passion. As a positive psychology practitioner, Jana is an advocate of a strengths-based approach in guiding individuals, organisations and communities towards flourishing. Her multidisciplinary background in theatre, communication, positive psychology, coaching and meditation has fashioned her expertise in developing and delivering programmes for culturally unique situations to create positive change. Jana earned her Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology at the Anglia Ruskin University (UK) with a focus on Psychological Capital and Mindfulness. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership by The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore, where she is currently a faculty member. Jana’s philosophy is that our internal world is a powerful force in how we show up in the external world. Stephen Lew is the Founder and Executive Director of The School of Positive Psychology. Stephen holds a MSc Applied Positive Psychology with a focus in Organisational Psychology and Leadership. As the co-founder of children and youth organization, Groundworks, Claire is in charge of designing emotional learning and character educational programs for youth and children. At Groundworks, Claire also delivers coaching programs for teachers and mentors alike at Hwa Chong International School, as well as conducting one to one coaching session with youth and their parents. Being an experienced coach, Claire is inclined towards helping others flourish in both their professional and personal relationships. Her time as a consultant executive in organizational development has allowed her to conduct and facilitate training sessions on coaching and leadership. Having worked in the National Youth Council (NYC), Claire was in charge of corporate development and the implementation of their holistic Employee Engagement Framework. This includes the promotion of learning and innovation, a vital part of a working organizational culture. Deborah is a graduate of our Postgraduate Diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership (PGDPOPL) programme, and holds a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology.  She is a qualified meditation and mindfulness trainer and lecturer with many years of teaching and mentoring experience, offering established mindfulness workshops and tailored mindfulness programs to organizations, institutions and schools.  Deborah also teaches mindful yoga to adults and youth.  She is an engaging, experienced instructor and her teaching style is clear and concise. She lives, works and celebrates in Singapore.
