Try as you might, some of you find it extremely hard to be optimistic. You might have identified yourself as a Pessimist.
Most people prefer to be optimists because of the benefits it brings. If you are one of them, don’t feel too bad; your parents might deserve more of the blame! After all, research has revealed that pessimism is partially genetic.
Another reason to feel GOOD about being a pessimist: your meticulous nature might be just the thing to lead you and your team on the route of success!
