Never underestimate the power of laughter, for laughing is and will always be the best therapy!
Go ahead and try to do a search on the benefits of laughter, and you will be greeted with a REALLY LONG list! Laughing relaxes the entire body, it helps to maintain healthy blood sugar levels, it protects the heart, it triggers the release of endorphins, it relaxes the muscles, it boosts the immune system, it makes you more creative, it promotes better sleep, it improves alertness, and the list goes on and on.

Are you able to recall an incident where you tripped and fell while fooling around? Did you ever hit your head while monkeying about with your friends? If you did, what did you notice? Though it must have hurt quite badly, it is still hard for you to feel the pain because you are LAUGHING!
Laughing does not only reduces the physical pain, it reduces mental pain too! When we are laughing, we feel positive and buoyant. We are optimistic! Laughter helps us to survive moment of anguish and disappointment.
If we look closely at our daily lives, you will be surprise that there is a funny side to all the different situations. We just have to put in some effort to spot it.
