How does vulnerability lead to personal development?

Being vulnerable requires the ability to be authentic. However, vulnerability is linked with shame, and many people who are stuck in their suffering are fearful of feeling shameful. A critical component in therapy and transformation, vulnerability impacts emotional communication, and helps to build trust and psychological safety.

In this talk, we will discuss how we can be vulnerable yet feel safe at the same time. More than just about personal development, being able to be vulnerable also lead to relationship, team, and leadership development. When we are able to step through fear despite uncertainties, we will be able to build resilience and lead our most authentic lives.
