Resilience is important to your wellbeing but what exactly is it and what part does it play for your overall mental health?

In this 1-day (9 hours) course, you will learn more about the key components of Resilience and the wellbeing strategies you can practice to boost your resilience and those around you.

 

COURSE DESCRIPTION

In this course, learners will address the key components of Resilience.

They will begin with outlining what Resilience is and why it is necessary in our current lives.

Learners will then be introduced to Resilience frameworks, and will practice a range of mental health and wellbeing strategies to boost resilience.

These include managing unhelpful thoughts, intervening on emotions and building on personal and external resources.

Participants will consolidate their learning by developing their own personal resilience plan that can be used for personal and professional use.

At the end of the course, learners will:

  • Understand the key components of Resilience and Mental health
  • Practiced techniques in building resilience, including thinking strategies, emotions interventions and developing resources
