From Learning to Living Well: Inside TSPP’s Integrated Wellbeing Spaces

For many, the journey into wellbeing begins with a book, a course, or a quiet moment of realisation.

But knowledge is only the beginning.

The real transformation happens when insights move from the head to the heart, and into the intentional actions we take to impact our families, workplaces, and communities.

At The School of Positive Psychology (TSPP), we’ve spent years equipping people with the knowledge and skills to become mental health and wellbeing changemakers.

Now, we are growing.

As we enter our next chapter, our mission is to bridge the gap between academic mastery and lived experience.

We recognised a need for a physical anchor.

A sanctuary where wellbeing isn’t just studied, but embodied and practiced every day.

Introducing TSPP 3.0: An integrated ecosystem in the heart of Singapore, designed to help you not just learn about wellbeing, but live it.

OMNA: Your Wellbeing, Practised and Supported

To live well, we need more than just insights. We need a space to embody what we’ve learned.

That’s why we created OMNA, an Integrated Flourishing Centre (IFC) right within the TSPP campus.

Purpose-built to support holistic wellbeing, OMNA offers a range of guided experiences that engage the body and mind through movement, sound, breath, and reflective practices.

Here, wellbeing is something to experience, explore, and sustain.

Our signature classes and workshops are grounded in evidence-based approaches, turning psychological insights into practices for embodied self-care and growth.

Some sessions that visitors can soon look forward to include:

  • Mindful Movement & Flow
From energising to grounding yoga, and mobility classes that support physical health, these sessions soothe the nervous system and foster a deeper sense of presence and vitality no matter your fitness level.

  • The Science of Resetting
When life keeps you in survival mode, it’s hard to feel like yourself. Our Recharge & Reset and Nervous System Play sessions combine techniques like breathwork, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping), and laughter yoga to help shift stress patterns and restore your natural balance.

  • Purposeful Direction
OMNA also hosts reflective practices like Life Casting and Connecting to Your Story. Drawing from positive psychology, these sessions help you reconnect with your values, rewrite limiting narratives, and chart a path forward with clarity.

Whether you’re a psychology student learning to regulate your own state between client sessions, or a wellness enthusiast seeking a calm, central space to reconnect with yourself, OMNA is your sanctuary for sustainable wellbeing.

Cafe Ripples: A Space for Gentle Pauses, Unhurried Connection

In a culture where productivity often takes priority, the most radical act of self-care is sometimes the simplest: a pause.

Cafe Ripples is Singapore’s very first wellbeing cafe and an extension of TSPP’s wellbeing-focused mission.

Designed as a calm in-between space to step away from the demands of work or home, Cafe Ripples is where intentional rituals like journalling, reading, or simply sharing a quiet drink can become acts of restoration.

Inside, you’ll find gentle invitations to slow down and engage more deeply with yourself.

The Library of Journals invites you to write thoughtful reflections in collective journals: fragments of gratitude, stories of resilience, or quiet hopes for the future. Pick yourself a journaling prompt and add your own personal touch to one of the donated notebooks on the shelves.

A Book-Swap corner offers a rotating collection of well-loved reads, where you can leave a note for the next reader before passing a favourite title along.

At Cafe Ripples, it’s not about doing more.

It’s about being more present. And in that presence, perhaps something meaningful can begin for you.

Healio: Transforming Workplace & Organisational Wellbeing

Wellbeing doesn’t stop when we clock in at 9:00am. In fact, for many Singaporeans, the workplace is the primary site of stress, disconnection, and burnout.

This is where Healio, powered by TSPP, steps in as a corporate training provider for the modern age, one that understands that workplace wellbeing is not just an HR issue, but a leadership imperative.

Healio partners with forward-thinking organisations to move beyond “band-aid fixes” and into sustained transformation.

Grounded in the science of positive psychology, our evidence-based training programmes help companies build cultures that are emotionally intelligent, relationally healthy, and future-ready.

Healio works with changemakers from team leads to C-suites, offering training experiences that:

  • Translate Insights into Action: Moving from “talking about” wellbeing to embedding it in the everyday rhythms of work.

  • Guide Culture Intentionally: Equipping leaders to build trust, psychological safety, and purpose-led direction across their teams.

  • Build Future-Ready Teams: Shifting workplace dynamics from reactive to resilient, from isolated to deeply collaborative.

Through signature programmes, team energisers, keynote sessions, and tailored solutions, Healio empowers people to lead with clarity, communicate with confidence, and collaborate with trust.

With Healio, we are taking our role as a Collaborator to the next level, ensuring that the places we spend most of our time become engines for human flourishing.

Co-creating a Wellbeing Ecosystem

TSPP 3.0 isn’t just a campus upgrade. It’s our way of bringing everything we believe about wellbeing to life.

Whether you’re stepping into a classroom, pausing at Cafe Ripples, you’re entering spaces designed to support real, lasting growth for yourself and the people you serve.

Everyone’s journey into wellbeing looks a little different. But wherever you start, our goal is the same: to build a community where knowledge becomes action, and care becomes culture.

Our doors are open, and we’d love for you to be part of it.
