Dr. Sandhu is an established academician and a published author. She has been working with individuals of high abilities since 1996. She has worked with University Putra Malaysia (UPM), University of Cambridge, National University of Singapore (NUS); and currently with the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She was also the Vice-President for the National Association for Gifted Children, Malaysia (NAGCM). At present, she is the advisor for the NAGCM and in the Advisory Board of Abacus and Vedic Arithmetic Study (AVAS, India).
Dr. Sandhu has researched, presented and published various papers on giftedness both locally and internationally. Her areas of expertise and interests are gifted education, IQ testing, creative thinking and assessment, critical thinking, positive psychology, motivation and bullying issues in schools and the workplace. She has also conducted research and statistics training to junior college students in Singapore. She has been interviewed and quoted in various magazines, newspapers, radio talk shows and live web chats in Singapore, Malaysia and India. She currently manages her consultancy Mind Path Consulting Services, which provides training, consulting and counselling services for intelligence (IQ), giftedness, creativity, critical thinking, and positive psychology for educators, parents, students, and the corporate world.

Liz is a psychology lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Management (Global) and various tertiary institutions in Singapore. She also conducts corporate training to optimise employee performance and mental wellness. Since 2013, Liz has been collaborating with Spring Singapore and Restaurant Association of Singapore to deliver workshops across the service industry in Singapore.
As an I-O psychologist, Liz is uniquely equipped to utilise various psychometric assessments, conduct research, and to design course curriculum and instructional materials. She has written an internal textbook for SHRI, as well as course materials for various institutions.
Liz is an Industrial-Organisational Psychologist by training, and an Educator by passion. She is also a qualified counsellor and certified ICF coach. Awarded as the Promising Social Worker in 2019, Lim Shen Yong utilises play therapy to support youths to work on their issues and facilitate growth. In the past 9 years, he has worked extensively with both the youths and their families on various issues such as school refusal, substance use, mobile gaming, underage smoking and youth sexuality.
Shen Yong firmly believes that adopting different play techniques is key in engaging youths who are less verbal to express their thoughts and feelings, and it helps facilitate conversation to achieve healing and realisation.

Padma has a diverse professional background, with qualifications in the legal, educational, and psychological fields. Her journey for peace and fulfilment led her to three life-changing years in Vancouver, Canada, where she worked with war refugees, survival sex workers, forensic patients at the Coquitlam Forensic Psychiatric Hospital, and clients from the rich cultural tapestry of Vancouver.
In Singapore, Padma previously worked as a prison psychologist and subsequently at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), where she continued to help the prison population as well as forensic inpatients and people from all walks of life.
Padma developed a Pre-Release Programme for inmates with mental illness, facilitated several support groups at IMH for the inpatients as well as inmates at prison, and conducted various risk assessments in addition to providing tailor-made individual therapy sessions for all her clients.
She is well-versed in trauma work, having been trained in using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to treat Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD), using DBT as well as Schema Therapy. She has worked and continues to look forward to working with a diverse clientele. Padma is also an award-winning educator at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and speaks several languages fluently.

Dr. Lim is a recipient of the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Psychology in Singapore from the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). Lawrence Tan, a registered psychologist, holds dual certifications as a clinical supervisor with both the Singapore Psychological Society as well as the Association for Professionals specialising in Addictions Counselling. He has previously served as a Senior Psychologist, Head Trainer and Head of gambling services with the National Addictions Management Service (NAMS) and has 12 years of experience working with patients struggling with both addictive disorders as well as other psychological distress including mood disorders, trauma and interpersonal psychopathology. He is well-trained in conducting group psychotherapy, flexibly utilising cognitive behavioural, psychoanalytic, relational and inter-subjective approaches in his treatment.
He is regularly featured in the newspapers (e.g. The New Paper, Straits Times) and popular radio stations like 93.8FM, 95.8FM and 97.2FM for his take on issues related to psychological wellness (e.g. depression, childhood disorders, trauma, addictive behaviours, different of psychological treatments). His qualitative work with patients have been well published in journals like the Medical journal of addiction medicine & therapy, Journal of Addiction Research and the Journal of Neurological sciences. In the third quarter of 2017, Lawrence was invited by the Journal of Neurological Sciences to be one of their editors. He is widely featured in the media and well sought after by both private and government agencies for his expert opinion on professional issues in his related area of work.
Lawrence is skilled at looking into new clinical initiatives, tracking treatment outcomes, training and supervising new clinicians. As he is passionate about teaching, Lawrence regularly conducts both public education talks and professional workshops on managing addictive behaviours and other disorders. In 2009, He was awarded a Health Manpower Development Program scholarship for a two-month attachment at the Problem Gambling Services, State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health, US, where he further enhanced his clinical expertise in gambling disorders. He was also awarded the NHG Teaching Award for Non-Physicians in 2012.

Professor Ilona Boniwell is the programme leader for the first Masters Degree in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP), the first postgraduate degree in positive psychology in Europe. Professor Boniwell founded and was the first Chair of the European Network of Positive Psychology (ENPP), and was subsequently the member of its Steering Committee for many years. She organised the first European Congress of Positive Psychology in June 2002 (Winchester), starting a successful tradition of bi-annual events. She was the first Vice-Chair of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) and has been the member of its Board of Directors since 2007.
Professor Boniwell is on the Board of Directors for the Francophone Association for the Development of Leadership, on the Expert Advisory Board for the Action for Happiness, is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, the Royal Society of Arts and the Wellington College, the first ever secondary school to teach well-being lessons.
