Building Flourishing Cultures, One Organisation At A Time…
“What I liked most about The School of Positive Psychology (TSPP) is their professionalism and dedication in supporting their client’s development. They deeply listened to our needs with empathy and insight.
TSPP was a clear choice to us because it is a pioneer at providing positive psychology training in Singapore. Their dedication to champion the use of positive psychology in society is evident from my first dealings with them and in their training. I have engaged many training providers for my organisation and TSPP is one of the best training providers for their excellent quality in teaching and efficient follow-up service.”
“I came across some of the courses and sessions from The School of Positive Psychology (TSPP) and found them relevant to our needs. Wellness is one of our core values at PayPal, so we got in touch with TSPP to figure out how we can infuse positive psychology to our employees so they not only thrive during these difficult times, but flourish to be their best selves.
TSPP understood our needs thoroughly and proposed a structured programme on leveraging strengths for wellness. They were extremely professional and customised the whole programme to fit our audience.
I would strongly encourage you to partner with TSPP if you are looking for meaningful ways to boost your employee engagement and positively influence the organisational culture.”

Holistic Wellbeing Journey
Wellbeing should not be a ‘benefit perk’ but a culture. It needs a holistic strategy to embed wellbeing throughout the entire organisation.
Human-Centred Design Approach
Organisations are, first and foremost, made up of social human relationships. At the very core of this system is the relationship with self. We undertake a human-centred design approach in our interventions starting with self-leadership.
An optimal functioning Self will have the superpower to positively impact the relationships one has on the Social level (interpersonal & team) and the System level (organisation & beyond).
