Mr. Chia has been an Associate Senior Trainer/Lecturer (Curriculum Developer) with Training Vision Institute since 2009. Apart from training in WSQ programs for adults learning, he is also a Lecturer for the Diploma in Leadership under SSG’s RACE initiative, WSQ’s Leadership & People Management Diploma program, WSQ’s Diploma in Service Leadership as well as Advanced Diploma in Service Management.

Mr. Chia has a natural flair and passion to motivate and inspire his participants to transcend their perceived limits and barriers. His immense corporate experience coupled with his easy, down-to-earth and interactive style of coaching positions him well to engage individuals of diverse cultural/ethnic origins and challenge leaders to raise the bars of performance in an increasingly demanding corporate climate.
